In the ‘Tools’ menu choose ‘Options’ then click on the ‘Connection Settings’ tab, like shown on the following picture:



Select the button 'Manual proxy configuration' iand set the parameters like shown on the picture below.



Then click OK and your browser is ready to surf the internet.
