Setting of Web browser In Menu “Files” start the item “Preferences…” and then click on Network where you can find the item for setting of proxy server - Proxy servers…

NAfter you have clicked on “Proxy servers…” enter in the fields parameters as shown in the following picture.

Then click on “OK” button and exit the settings. Now Opera is ready to be used.
