Mail Client Settings

The Bat!

When you install The Bat!, a window will appear foe opening of a new account. By means of wizard (setting step by step) in the first box enter the name of your home directory (you may enter username) as shown in the picture.



The next step is entering you name, and e-mail address. When you send an e-mail to someone, in the field FROM at the recipient will appear the name that you have entered.



Now it is necessary to enter addresses for smtp server and pop3 server. Enter as shown in the picture,



Enter your username and password.



The last step is the question if you want to set other parameters as well that you can actually set later fro the menu Account > Properties…



With this THE BAT! Mail client is set and you can use it for the exchange of you mail.
