Open the icon My Computer (it is on the desktop in the right upper corner) (picture 1). In the window that appears select Control Panel (picture 2) and open it. Then a window will open in which you should open the icon Network. (picture 3).

In case you do not have items Dial-Up Adapter and TCP/IP on the list, as on (picture 4), it is necessary to install them. In case you have then already installed, go further to the crating of the connection.

Creating of Dial-Up Adapter and TCP/IP

Click on Add button and in the offered window select Adapter and click Add. (picture 5). From the list that appears on the screen on the left side find and click on Microsoft. On the right side will appear Dial-Up Adapter. Click on Dial-Up Adapter and down on the OK button (picture 6).

Now you have only to click repeatedly on OK button. After this step Windows may possibly request installation disc. In case you do not have the disc, you should procure it, because Dial-Up Adapter and later TCP/IP has to be installed. After this, it is necessary that you install another component, TCP/IP. Click on Add button, select Protocol and click on Add button. On the left side find and click on Microsoft. On the right side find TCP/IP. Click on it (picture 7) and down on OK button. Now you should only click repeatedly on OK button and install also this component. Now the network window should look as on picture (picture 8).

After this step Windows should request you to reset the computer. This is an important step and should not be omitted.

Creating of the connection

Open the icon My Computer (it is on the desktop upper right corner) (picture 9)

Open the icon Dial_Up Networking. (picture 10)

Open the icon Make new connection. (picture 11)

Enter a name for the connection of access to Internet. (e.g. Neobee.net), then click the Next button. (picture 12)

In the field Telephone number enter 4891111 and click the Next button (picture 13), then click Finish. So now you have created connection for Internet.

Right click the icon for connection to open submenu from which you should select Properties. (picture 14)

The window Properties will open with a strip General. (picture 15)

It is necessary to switch off the field Use area code and Dialing Properties

Now click the slip Server Types. In the next window it is necessary only to switch on Enable software compression and TCP/IP. (picture 16)

When you did that, click on TCP/IP Settings button.

After you have switched it on, click the TCP/IP button. Settings Switch on server assigned name server addresses. Now it is no more necessary to enter numbers because our server will do it automatically at the occasion of each of your connections. (picture 17)

Optionally you may create a shortcut to desktop. Open the icon My Computer and then the icon Dial-Up Networking. Right click the connection icon and drag it to the desktop. After you have dragged the icon to the desktop, a menu will open on which you should select Create Shortcut(s) here. (picture 18)

By click on this item you have created connection to desktop.
